Site Supervisor
The general role of site supervisor with Innascore Developments Inc. is to plan and coordinate all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Individuals in this position will organize and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
An excellent site supervisor must be well-versed in all multi-family residential construction processes and must be able to assist the project manager with coordinating a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results possible, ensuring that specifications are being followed and that the work is proceeding in a cost effective and schedule-oriented manner. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, strong leadership and great organizational skills.
The goal of the site supervisor is to ensure that the appropriate personnel are on site, working safely and coordinating all actions so that the projects are delivered on time, on budget and meeting quality standards.
Pre-Construction Coordinator
Working as part of our team, the Pre-construction Coordinator will be responsible for simultaneously working on multiple multi-family residential projects through each stage of the development and pre-construction process. Individuals in this position will organize and oversee administrative development and construction tasks and ensure that they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
