Brongers Place is a boutique style mixed use development planned for the downtown core in Vernon. This project features 14 premium residential units and 2 ground oriented commercial spaces situated on top of a concrete parkade. Open patios, private secured parking, tall ceilings and large windows make this a bright, modern and inviting residence. Designed in collaboration with MQN Architects, this boutique mixed use development is currently undergoing rezoning and design with an expected completion of Spring 2025.
