Urban infill projects are a sustainable and sensitive way to transition an urban core to higher density. Stockwell represents one of Innascore’s custom 4-plex projects that was completed on a single-family home lot in Kelowna’s core area. These 4 residential townhome units feature floor plans ranging between 1200 – 1300 sqft. This design + build project was constructed in 9 months and is fully occupied.
